TVS Supply Chain Solutions to invest up to ₹100 crore in FIT 3PL Warehousing for expansion

FIT 3PL Warehousing Private Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Supply Chain Solutions. The subsidiary reported a turnover of ₹133.18 crore as of March 31, 2025. The investment will be made by way of equity and equity-like instruments in one or more tranches. The consideration will be in cash. Shares of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd ended at ₹102.90, down by ₹1.01, or 0.99%, on the BSE.

AU Small Finance Bank receives approval to raise foreign investment limit to 74%

The bank said the increased foreign investment limit from 49% to 74% will assist in maintaining sufficient headroom for foreign investment through permissible modes of investment in compliance with the consolidated FDI Policy.
