Kaveri Kitchen opened on Hill Road in 2019, one family and a dosa griddle. Forty covers now, a small counter for coffee, and a kitchen you can see into from every table. Coastal plates in the day, the tandoor in the evening, and the same faces at the pass most nights, which on Hill Road is a kind of miracle.

We hire for calm hands and warm faces, and we train the rest. A second shift is opening this month, so three roles are live.
