Our certification
Kaam Job Career Pvt Ltd holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification (Certificate No. 26MEQXM37, issued by Magnitude Management Services Pvt Ltd, EGAC accredited, valid to 18 September 2029) for the design, development, deployment, hosting and operation of its SaaS products, digital platforms, web and mobile applications and customised software solutions, including cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data processing and technology operations.
What it covers, and what it does not
ISO/IEC 27001 is the international standard for running an information security management system: how a company finds the risks to the information it holds, decides how to treat them, and checks that the controls keep working. Our certificate says that Kaam Job Career Pvt Ltd runs such a system for the scope above, and that an accredited body has audited it.
It is a statement about the company and how it manages security. Kaam ID, the Kaam app, Kai, Kaam Bolo and our other services are built and operated by Kaam Job Career Pvt Ltd, an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified company. The certificate does not certify any single product, feature, document or person.
It is not a government approval, and it is not a statement that we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. What we do under that Act is set out in our Privacy Policy. The certificate covers Kaam Job Career Pvt Ltd only, not partners, franchisees, Kaamyabi Centres, ambassadors or training partners.
How we protect your data
- All traffic to Kaam is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
- Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Sign-in with a one-time code is available.
- Uploaded files are stored outside the reach of scripts, and identity documents and generated CVs are served only through a checked download, never a public folder.
- Access to production systems is limited to the people who run them, and every write to the database goes through prepared statements.
- We keep backups so we can recover from failure, and we purge deleted data from them within 30 days.
No system is perfect. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India in the form and time the law requires. The full detail of what we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.

If you think you have found a security problem in kaam.com or the Kaam app, write to care@kaam.com with what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not open or change anyone else's data, and do not slow down or disrupt the service while you look. We will reply, keep you told, and fix what is real.
