- Ensure proper inventory of medicines and disposables.
- Correct issuing of medicines against prescription.
- Manual bills must be updated in the system on the same day.
- Ensure to write shortage in corresponding book, including bounce item.
- To do internal audit of atleast one category to reduce contra errors and quantity mismatches.
- Interact with consultants/ nurses on duty for prescription help to substitute in case of non-availability.
- Increase the profitability of Pharmacy.
- Overall responsibility for all cash transaction involving Pharmacy and ensure timely remittance of sales procedure to accounts department.
- To receive the customers coming to pharmacy, dispense their prescriptions with speed, accuracy and answer their questions.
- All OP Pharmacy staff is responsible to maintain proper inventory.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Possess information related to Hospital procedures/protocol.
- Report the entire incident to the in charge.
- Attend meetings and self-development programs.
- Maintains discipline and punctuality among the staff.
