Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive with good Excel knowledge to maintain and update company records accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel and company systems.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports, records, and databases.
Verify data accuracy and identify errors or missing information.
Organize and maintain documents and records systematically.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and update required information.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and formatting.
