We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Freshers to join our team as Academic Counsellors and help students and working professionals choose the right courses for their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals about our courses and career opportunities.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Handle incoming enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
Explain course details, benefits, career opportunities, fees, and available offers.
Maintain and update student/lead information in CRM or tracking systems.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for student engagement and promotional activities.
Continuously learn about new courses, technologies, and career opportunities to provide accurate guidance.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Tamil.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good convincing and relationship-building skills.
Interest in counselling, sales, education, or business development.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Candidates
Fresh graduates looking to build a career in Academic Counselling, Sales, EdTech, or Business Development.
