Job Description – CRM Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 0–2 years
Qualification: Any graduate, preferably with manufacturing industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.

Process customer orders and coordinate with Production and Dispatch for timely delivery.

Prepare quotations and follow up on pending orders and payments.

Coordinate customer complaint resolution with relevant departments.

Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP and prepare MIS reports.

Required Skills: Good communication, customer handling, coordination, MS Excel and CRM/ERP knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
