Job Description

Next Life India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and other computer applications, along with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage day-to-day data entry and documentation work.

The candidate will support office operations by maintaining company records, updating data and preparing reports related to our vehicle recycling business.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update and maintain accurate data in computer systems and company records.

Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets, reports and databases.

Handle documentation and maintain organized office records.

Maintain customer, vehicle and transaction-related data.

Perform regular data verification and identify errors or discrepancies.

Support day-to-day office administration and documentation.

Coordinate with team members for timely data collection and updates.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and other computer applications is essential.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, data formatting and basic formulas.

Ability to manage large volumes of data with attention to detail.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Previous experience in data entry or office administration will be preferred.

Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply.
