Eligibility
B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing (GNM) are eligible.
Must have 10+ years of experience in any operating room.
Valid Registration from Karnataka Nursing Council is must.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the operation theatre.
- Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, anesthetists, and other OT staff.
- Ensure OT equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and ready.
- Maintain proper cleanliness, sterilization, and infection-control standards.
- Prepare and manage OT schedules and ensure smooth operation flow.
- Maintain OT records and ensure compliance with hospital safety procedures.
