Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Client Relationship Executive to join our heavy construction equipment sales team in Bengaluru. In this entry-level role, you will be the everyday face and voice of our Company for our clients.You will split your time between coordinating client requests from the office with occasional client visits. Your main goal is to build great rapport with client teams, track machine satisfaction, and ensure their support requests are resolved quickly by our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Client Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails from collection of POs to machine delivery schedules, parts requests, and service updates.

On-Site Field Visits

Travel to active client sites to meet site supervisors, check on equipment utility, and collect feedback.

Issue Log & Escalation: Document client complaints or breakdown alerts accurately and coordinate immediately with our internal workshop and service engineers to minimize machine downtime.

Documentation & Coordination

Assist the sales and finance teams by collecting necessary paperwork, delivery challans, and customer feedback forms.

CRM Data Maintenance

Keep our client database and interaction logs clean, updated, and accurate on a daily basis.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or relationship management. Freshers with a hunger to learn the heavy machinery industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Education

Graduate degree in any stream (Business, Commerce, or a basic technical diploma/degree in Engineering is a plus).

Communication: Clear, polite, and confident communication skills. Fluency in Hindi and English is highly preferred to effectively coordinate with site operators and management alike.

Attitude

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the resilience to work in a fast-paced, field-heavy industrial environment.

Fixed Salary

₹22,000 to ₹25,000 monthly base pay (depending on your communication and basic technical aptitude).
