Offline Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Offline Marketing Executive/Manager to plan and execute offline marketing activities for our real estate projects. The role will focus on increasing project visibility, generating qualified leads, driving site visits, and supporting sales through effective on-ground marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute ATL campaigns (print, radio, hoardings, billboards)
• Handle BTL activities (events, kiosks, roadshows, pamphlets)
• Manage hoardings, banners, brochures, flyers, events, roadshows, and activations.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and local partners.
• Generate leads and increase site visits through local marketing.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Track campaign performance, leads, and marketing expenses.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in offline/field marketing, preferably real estate.
• Good communication, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of local markets and BTL activities.
• Willingness to travel and work on-ground.
