Business Development Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, partners, and new markets

Support the sales and business development team in lead generation and prospect outreach

Help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks

Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups

Maintain and update CRM databases and sales records

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and go-to-market strategies

Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in sales, strategy, and business growth

Basic understanding of market research and business concepts

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
