Manager / Sr. Engineer Technical Sales (Automation & Electrical Control Panel)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales professional to join our team at

Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, excellent customer

relationship skills, and a passion for driving sales \& business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell the company's Electrical Automation Solutions, Electrical Panels and related

products/services.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, OEMs and

other key stakeholders.

• Generate enquiries, prepare proposals/quotations and follow up for order conversion.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions and product presentations.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for effective solution delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.

Preferred Experience \& Technical Exposure

• Proven experience in Technical Sales and Business Development for Industrial Automation

products, solutions and projects.

• Hands-on exposure to PLC, SCADA, HMI/MHI, Drives and Industrial Automation solutions,

preferably with strong experience in Siemens products and solutions.

• Experience in offering and selling Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear and

Control Panel solutions.

• Good understanding of Electrical Control Panels, including PCC, MCC, Intelligent MCC (iMCC), APFC

and VFD Panels.

Pay

₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
