F&B Service - Supervisor /Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily mess, cafeteria, banquet, and food service operations Ensure proper food service as per menu and schedule Handle service staff duty allocation and shift management Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation during service Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards of staff Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth food dispatch and replenishment Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally Ensure proper setup of buffet counters, dining halls, and banquet areas Maintain attendance, service records, and daily operational reports Train and guide service staff on SOPs, grooming, and customer interaction Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards Support special events, VIP visits, and college functions Required SkillsGood communication and leadership skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, emails) Team handling capability Problem-solving and customer handling skills Knowledge of buffet setup and banquet service preferred Ability to work in rotational shifts
