Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing & Website Services)

Job Description

Propulsion Technologies is a digital marketing and website development company based in Dehradun. We help businesses grow through websites, e-commerce stores, Meta and Google Ads, and Google Business Profile services. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to bring in new clients and grow our revenue.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing and website development services
• Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right services
• Conduct client meetings, share proposals and close deals
• Follow up consistently and build long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and share regular progress reports

Requirements

• 0 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales or inside sales
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or websites is preferred
• Experience selling digital services or working in an agency is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 based on experience
