Regional Sales Manager

Sales Manager, North \& East India

Graebert, makers of ARES Commander and known as "The Trinity of CAD" (Desktop, Mobile, Cloud), is looking for a Sales Manager to lead growth across North \& East India.

What you'll do

• Build and execute regional sales strategy to hit revenue targets
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Deliver product presentations and demos to clients
• Manage client relationships and drive retention
• Handle proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
• Onboard and manage channel partners (resellers and distributors)
• Support regional marketing efforts, including events and trade shows
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with cross functional teams
• Guide the regional sales team and report to senior management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering or Computer Science); MBA preferred
• 3 to 8 years of sales experience, including 1 to 2 years in channel sales, preferably CAD or software
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong customer service orientation
• Familiarity with CAD software and ability to adapt to new technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay

₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
