Customer Support Associate

Dionne is looking for a proactive, customer-focused CRM \& Customer Experience Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, order-related queries, and PR/influencer coordination across our customer channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and close customer conversations and tickets through Kwik Engage, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
• Respond to customer queries and handle required calls, including COD and abandoned-cart follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve delayed, stuck, misrouted, and other shipment-related issues.
• Manage PR and influencer outreach follow-ups and maintain an updated tracker.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate records of customer follow-ups, unresolved issues, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, customer success, telesales, or a similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, customer-handling, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong follow-up ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and following up until closure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Kwik Engage experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and take ownership.
• Interest in fashion or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
