HBM Machine Operator – Horizontal Boring Machine

• Operate Horizontal Boring Machine (HBM) for precision machining.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant HBM / machine shop experience.
• Hands-on experience operating a Horizontal Boring Machine.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and tool setting.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month
• Overtime (OT): Available as per company policy

• Set and align jobs, fixtures and cutting tools.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Perform boring, drilling, milling and related machining operations.
• Check component dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge and other measuring instruments.
• Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Follow production schedules, quality requirements and safety procedures.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain workplace cleanliness.
