The role reports to the Principal Finance Analyst and is responsible for Financial Planning \& Analysis, Decision Support to India Commercial and Marketing team. The role will support financial planning \& reporting processes, internal and statutory audits, Monthly closure of Financials, Pricing, Profitability and brand investment analysis.

• Analyse and validate sales, marketing, brand, customer profitability and distributor financial data.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, O\&R cycles, and monthly MIS reports for decision-making.
• Account for and manage customer claims.
• Support delivery of India business strategy and provide financial insights.
• Coach commercial and marketing teams on finance processes and compliance.
• Manage month-end journals, GL ownership, account maintenance, and clearing activities.
• Manage POs, GRNs of the commercial and marketing teams, and maintain the C-Form tracker with customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sub-distributors, SSC UK, internal teams, auditors, and wider MEAI/Group stakeholders.
• Monitor procurement controls and compliance, with focus on Commercial and A\&P spend; support VAT/CST compliance and SAP testing.
• Act as backup for team responsibilities, including VAT/CST submissions and other month-end activities.
