Training Manager

Position: Training Manager Industry: Insurance / Healthcare Experience: 4–10 Years CTC: ₹12 LPA – ₹15 LPA Working Days: 5.5 Days Shift Timing: Day Shift – 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Languages: English and Malayalam Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Training Manager with a background in the Insurance or Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in training delivery, team management, employee development, and performance improvement. The candidate will be responsible for developing training strategies, managing the training team, and ensuring employees meet the required quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees. Lead and manage the training team, including trainers and training coordinators. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development requirements. Deliver training on product knowledge, process guidelines, customer service, and industry-specific standards. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and HR teams to improve employee performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Track training KPIs, including training completion, assessment scores, productivity, and quality performance. Develop training materials, presentations, process manuals, and learning resources. Conduct refresher training, coaching sessions, and performance improvement programs. Prepare and present training reports and performance dashboards to management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–10 years of relevant experience in Training and Development, preferably in Insurance or Healthcare. Proven experience in training delivery and team management. Strong knowledge of insurance products, healthcare processes, or related customer service operations. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills. Experience in developing training content, assessments, and learning modules. Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective training interventions. Strong stakeholder management and team coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and training reporting tools. Mandatory Requirements Insurance or Healthcare industry background. Multilingual- English and Malayalam Speaking. Hands-on experience in Training and Team Management. Immediate joiners preferred. Ability to work in a day shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Annual CTC: ₹12,00,000 – ₹15,00,000, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance. Work Schedule: Day Shift, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
