Department: Sales & Marketing Job Locations: Bhubaneswar (BBSR) and Balasore, Odisha Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred Experience: 0–2 years; freshers can also apply Salary: 15,000/- TO 20,000/- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executives to promote solar energy solutions, generate leads, and increase customer awareness through field sales, door-to-door campaigns, and canopy activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door marketing activities to educate customers about solar energy solutions and generate potential leads. Organize and participate in canopy activities, promotional camps, and local awareness campaigns as required by the company. Generate leads through field visits, customer meetings, referrals, and local marketing activities. Promote solar products and solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Explain product benefits, pricing, and available solar schemes to prospective customers. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities. Identify new business opportunities and conduct local market and competitor analysis. Coordinate with the sales and project teams for customer visits, site inspections, quotations, and order processing. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Submit daily field activity reports, lead details, canopy activity updates, and monthly performance reports. Travel within assigned territories and participate in marketing campaigns as required. Required Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Willingness to perform door-to-door sales and field marketing activities. Ability to participate in canopy campaigns and promotional events. Target-oriented approach with good lead-generation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred. Interest in solar energy and renewable energy solutions. Preferred Candidate Profile: MBA candidates specialising in Marketing or Business Administration preferred. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may apply. Must be willing to work in the field, interact directly with customers, and travel.
