Real Estate Sales Executive

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate properties. Handle incoming inquiries from clients regarding buying, selling, renting, and pre-leased properties. Explain property details, pricing, location, and investment opportunities to prospective clients. Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert prospects into customers. Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telesales is mandatory. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of real estate properties and the Ahmedabad property market. Ability to handle customer queries and follow up consistently. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel.
