Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lab technician to join our medical laboratory team.

Responsibilities

Collect blood samples using proper venipuncture techniques.

Verify patient details and label samples accurately.

Handle patients professionally and ensure their comfort.

Maintain hygiene, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal standards.

Maintain sample collection records and documentation.

Perform home sample collection visits when required.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of Lab Technician experience.

Proficiency in blood sample collection and venipuncture.

Knowledge of sample handling and labeling procedures.

Good communication and patient-handling skills.

Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.

Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Qualification: DMLT / Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
Work Location: In person
