Handle all billing, cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and gift voucher transactions efficiently and accurately.

Issue receipts, process refunds, exchanges, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Maintain daily cash register balance and prepare transaction reports.

Support the sales team by ensuring quick and seamless checkout for clients.

Uphold store policies on returns, exchanges, and payment methods.

Ensure the billing desk and packaging area are always neat and well-organized.

Provide excellent customer service, assisting with queries related to payments or invoices.

Safeguard financial data and follow company procedures for cash handling and security.
