Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice, email, and chat.
Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
Coordinate with travel partners and support backend operations.
Requirements
Good English communication skills.
Comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs.
Immediate joiners preferred.
