A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, ensuring productivity, and maintaining quality standards. They act as a bridge between staff and management, ensuring company policies are followed and targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Handle employee issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
• Monitor productivity and prepare performance reports
• Ensure dispatch standards and deadlines are met
• Communicate updates and feedback to warehouse manager
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance
• Maintain inventory, resources, or workflow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
