Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team and oversee our online sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing the overall customer experience on our e-commerce platforms.

Duties

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales performance

Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platforms

Utilize marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement and retention

Oversee performance marketing campaigns including Google Ads and social media advertising

Conduct conversion optimization to improve website performance and user experience

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute SEO strategies and enhance online visibility

Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives

Experience

Required

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks

Experience with Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting

Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends

Familiarity with social media marketing strategies

Nice-to-have

Previous experience in marketing automation tools

Expertise in performance marketing techniques
