Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our event sales team. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting event and sponsorship opportunities, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings and registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for events, sponsorships, and delegate participation.
• Connect with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Explain event packages, pricing, and participation benefits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
• Maintain lead records and update sales trackers or CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing and event teams for client requirements.
• Track daily sales activities and report progress against targets.

Requirements

• Good communication (with English Spoken) and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making calls and convincing potential clients.
• Willingness to work towards sales targets and follow-up goals.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and email.
• A proactive attitude, persistence, and eagerness to learn.

Ideal Candidate: A motivated fresher who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable with outbound calling, and wants to build a career in sales.
