Monthly enrollment targets ● Revenue and collection targets ● Lead-to-enrollment conversion targets ● CRM and reporting compliance Performance against assigned KPIs will be an important part of the employee's performance evaluation and career progression. Requirements ● 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, Admissions, or B2C Sales. ● EdTech or education sales experience is preferred. ● Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are welcome. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. ● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. ● Good follow-up and time-management skills. ● Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office. ● Strong ownership and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
