• Outbound \& Inbound Calls: Make and receive high-volume phone calls (sometimes via auto-dialers) to inform debtors about past-due accounts. \[1, 2, 3]
• Payment Negotiation: Negotiate partial payments, full settlements, or structured installment payment plans. \[1, 2, 3]
• Skip Tracing: Research and locate debtors who have changed phone numbers or addresses using public databases and tracking software. \[1, 2, 3]
• Dispute Resolution: Handle billing questions, investigate account errors, and resolve customer grievances
