Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Assist with HR operations and recruitment reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA graduates or candidates pursuing an MBA.
• HR specialization preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals is an advantage.
