Interior Site Supervisor

Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily on-site activities for interior fit-outs, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, false ceilings, painting, flooring, and finishing. Drawing & Layout Interpretation: Read, interpret, and implement interior working drawings, floor plans, elevations, and design specifications. Site Measurements: Take accurate on-site measurements and cross-verify dimensions against approved architectural or interior layouts. Contractor & Labor Management: Coordinate and supervise site workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and external trade contractors. Material & Inventory Control: Track material requirements, inspect incoming deliveries for quality and quantity, and manage on-site material usage to prevent delays or waste. Quality & Safety Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high craftsmanship standards and enforce site safety, health, and cleanliness protocols. Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project timelines, hit execution milestones, and submit daily progress reports (DPRs) to management or clients Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot on-site conflicts, design discrepancies, or labor bottlenecks promptly, escalating major concerns to the project manager
