Sales & Marketing Executive

Aahuti Finserv Financial Services is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) business. Candidates will be responsible for generating customer leads and sourcing loan applications for various financial products. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). Identify potential customers through field visits, references and networking. Build relationships with customers, business owners, professionals, CAs and real estate agents. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements to customers. Collect and coordinate customer documents for loan applications. Follow up with customers and coordinate with the processing team until loan disbursement. Achieve monthly lead generation and loan disbursement targets. Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills. Customer acquisition and lead generation. Field sales and business development. Relationship management and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
