The candidate will be responsible for generating new prospects, developing customer relationships and creating business opportunities in Commercial Real Estate & Pre-Leased Property Investments. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and prospects through different channels
• Contact potential investors and introduce K9 Square's properties
• Follow up regularly with existing leads and customers
• Generate new client references and referrals
• Maintain and update customer database
• Qualify prospects and arrange meetings/site visits
• Build long-term relationships with investors
• Maintain daily calling, follow-up and lead-generation reports
• Coordinate with the sales team for business conversion Candidate Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing or Business Development
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Confident and professional personality
• Comfortable with calling and regular follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and CRM
• Hindi communication required; basic English preferred
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Willing to learn commercial real estate investment Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales attitude may also apply. Important This is not a traditional tele calling job.
