Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Indian Cook & Office Cleaner for our office in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of Indian cuisine, be able to prepare a variety of Indian dishes, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office and kitchen.

The candidate should be hardworking, trustworthy, organized, and capable of managing daily cooking and cleaning responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of Indian dishes, including North Indian and South Indian food.

Cook daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and tea as required.

Have good knowledge of Indian curries, dal, roti, chapati, paratha, rice, vegetables, and other traditional Indian dishes.

Maintain food quality, taste, and proper kitchen hygiene.

Clean the kitchen, wash utensils, and keep cooking equipment organized.

Maintain cleanliness in office areas, including floors, tables, and common spaces.

Manage kitchen supplies and inform management when groceries or cleaning materials are required.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Indian cook.

Good knowledge of a wide variety of Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

Ability to prepare fresh, tasty, and hygienic meals.

Knowledge of kitchen cleaning and general office cleaning.

Honest, punctual, hardworking, and well-organized.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Previous experience working in an office or company environment is preferred.
