- Review files

- Match data
- Compare customer details with official online portals, internal databases, or physical records.
- Data entry
- Type verified details and status reports accurately into company software.
- Spot fraud
- Catch tampered papers, false signatures, or mismatched numbers.
- Call clients

Skills Needed
