Radisson Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center is inviting applications for the position of Housekeeping Manager in Gurugram, Haryana. The role will lead housekeeping operations and uphold cleanliness, room-readiness and public-area presentation standards. This position is based at the hotel in Sector 49, on Sohna Road.

Role Overview

Working with hotel leadership and colleagues across departments, the successful candidate will help maintain service quality, operational consistency and responsive guest care. The day-to-day scope will follow the hotel’s requirements and the responsibilities of the Housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan housekeeping coverage and organize room and public-area cleaning priorities.

Lead supervisors and attendants through inspections, coaching and daily coordination.

Monitor room readiness, guest requests, lost-property procedures and service quality.

Coordinate with front office on departures, arrivals and priority rooms.

Work with engineering on maintenance defects and preventive upkeep.

Manage housekeeping supplies, linen distribution, equipment care and appropriate cost controls.

Implement hygiene, safe chemical handling, workplace safety and quality-assurance procedures.

Review guest feedback and housekeeping reports to improve performance and consistency.

Skills and Relevant Experience

Hotel housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience.

Ability to plan staffing, audits, inspections and service recovery.

Knowledge of cleaning standards, linen control and safe handling practices.

Strong team training, organization and cross-department collaboration.

Attention to detail, reliability and professional guest service.

Working With the Hotel Team

Success in this position relies on effective communication, a guest-focused mindset, responsible working practices and collaboration with other hotel departments. Relevant hospitality experience is valued; the hiring team will assess individual experience and suitability during selection.
