Job Description

VPMM Group of Educational Institutions is seeking qualified and dedicated nursing faculty members for the following specializations at V.P.M.M. College of Nursing.

Specializations

• Child Health Nursing
• Mental Health Nursing
• Community Health Nursing
• Medical-Surgical Nursing

Qualification

• M.Sc. Nursing in any of the above specializations.
• B.Sc. Nursing candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
• Valid Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNMC) registration is mandatory.
• Qualifications must meet applicable Indian Nursing Council (INC) and regulatory norms.

Experience

• M.Sc. Nursing candidates with 3 years of experience may apply.
• Freshers with M.Sc. Nursing are also eligible to apply, subject to applicable norms.
• B.Sc. Nursing candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience may apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing theory and practical classes.
• Supervise clinical training and practical sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide and mentor students in academic and professional development.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and departmental activities.
• Maintain academic records and contribute to institutional development.

• Valid TNNMC registration.
