Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Location: BT Road Job Responsibilities Welcome and greet customers visiting the showroom Attend incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Handle customer appointments and maintain visitor records. Coordinate with the Sales departments. Assist with front-desk operations, documentation, and daily reporting. Ensure a positive customer experience and professional showroom environment. Required SkillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email. Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills. Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability. Ability to coordinate with different departments. EligibilityMinimum qualification: Graduate preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in Reception, CRE, Customer Care, or the Automobile Industry will be an advantage.
