Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare authentic South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Sambhar, Rasam, and Chutneys. Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Manage batter preparation, kitchen preparation, and ingredient planning. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards. Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage. Handle daily kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours. Requirements Prior experience as a South Indian Cook is preferred. Good knowledge of authentic South Indian recipes and cooking techniques. Ability to manage kitchen operations independently. Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
