Job Description

Bikaji Bakes is hiring candidates for multiple positions in bakery production and operations. We are looking for responsible, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our team in Bangalore.

Helpers / Food Production Helpers

Cleaners / Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities

Assist with bakery production, food preparation, and packaging.

Support cake and pastry production activities.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Handle stock, inventory, and store-related activities.

Assist with dispatch, order handling, and material movement.

Follow company procedures and instructions from supervisors.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10+2 pass.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience can also apply.

Basic understanding of Hindi and English.

Must be punctual, responsible, and comfortable working in a team.

Hiring preference: Candidates from the North-East region.

Salary Details

Bakery Production, Cake/Pastry, Stores & Dispatch Staff: ₹20,000–₹30,000 monthly CTC.

Helpers & Cleaners: ₹17,000–₹22,000 monthly CTC.

Salary will depend on the position, experience, and company policy.

Working Hours

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Additional working hours may be required. Applicable extra-hour compensation will be provided as per company policy.
