Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for the Customer Support / Process Executive role for the Razorpay process at Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate professionally with customers in English and Hindi.
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns.
- Maintain service quality and follow company processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
