Outpace Consulting is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for a Blended Support Process involving both voice calls and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow company policies and maintain service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month in-hand, depending on the final offer.
• Transport: Both-side cab facility or travel allowance, as applicable.
• Training and learning opportunities, if provided by the employer.
