Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Monitor customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support sales teams in lead management and tracking sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain customer reports and dashboards.
• Execute customer engagement, retention, and follow-up campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
• Track customer issues and ensure their resolution within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data management and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers may apply, depending on the company's requirements.
• Previous experience in CRM, sales support, customer service, or marketing is an advantage.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
