Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.

Explain product designs, gold purity, diamond quality, weight, pricing, and making charges.

Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their budget and occasion.

Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.

Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Explain offers, promotions, exchange policies, and payment options.

Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams for smooth sales transactions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Ensure the safe handling and proper display of jewellery items.

Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
