Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for diagnostic instruments and reagents across Chhattisgarh, with Raipur as the headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and promote Biochemistry, Haematology, HPLC, and Electrolyte analysers and reagents across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and achieve sales targets.
• Manage distributor and dealer networks to ensure effective product availability and market coverage.
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer visits, and follow-ups to generate business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in Raipur and across Chhattisgarh.
• Hands-on experience in selling Biochemistry Instruments (semi-automated and fully automated analysers and reagents), 3-part and 5-part Haematology Analysers, HPLC, and Electrolyte Analysers.
• Strong knowledge of the IVD and diagnostic equipment market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.

₹50,000.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month
