About the Role

At MacV, we're looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Retail Sales Executives who can create a great shopping experience for every customer. If you enjoy helping customers find the right products, building relationships, and achieving sales goals, this is your opportunity to grow with us!

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Achieve Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store growth.
Engage with Customers: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products.
Maximize Sales Opportunities: Upsell and cross-sell products to increase Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT).

Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Build strong customer relationships and ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Follow Up on Leads: Connect with potential customers and encourage repeat visits and purchases.
Maintain Store Presentation: Keep product displays organized and ensure the store looks attractive and well-maintained.
Support Store Operations: Assist with billing, stock replenishment, product displays, and inventory checks.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, high-performance store environment.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

0–2 years of experience in retail, showroom, or customer-facing sales. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and willingness to learn.

Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets.

Ability to work in a team and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
