Role Overview
We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) for our Tool Room division. The role offers hands-on exposure to machining, tooling, mold base manufacturing, and quality practices, with structured mentorship and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in tool room operations including mold manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance.
Operate and learn CNC, VMC, EDM, and conventional machines under supervision.
Support senior engineers in precision machining and inspection activities.
Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings and tool designs.
Maintain quality standards and follow shop floor safety practices.
Participate in continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
Eligibility
Diploma in Plastic/Tool & Die/Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Mechatronics.
0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome).
Knowledge of machining processes and measuring instruments preferred.
Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
