Supervise nursing staff across all hospital units.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing.
Monitor nursing care quality and patient safety.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.
Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and nursing management.
Monitor medication administration and nursing documentation.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Handle patient complaints and nursing-related issues.
Ensure infection control and emergency preparedness.
Monitor ward operations and ensure smooth functioning of all nursing units.
