Responsibilities
Contact US health insurance payers to track medical claim statuses.
Clear claim denials and assist in re-submitting billing accounts.
Log all call outcomes accurately into the system under strict HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
Fluent English communication skills.
Mandatory availability for full night shift (7 PM – 5 AM).
Immediate joiners preferred.
